Items may be exchanged one time for another item of equal or greater value for up to 30 days from purchase when in the original packaging, including the barcoded sticker on the bottom of the item.
If it is convenient for you to go to a store location, then we suggest you do your exchange in person.
If not, we ask that you send your glassybaby back to us at the address below, at your own expense. Please include a prepaid return label or contact information so that we can contact you for payment of your return shipping of $15.00 + taxes. Please note that this location is closed to the public and can only accept packages via mail.
Be sure to include a note with the color(s) you would like, any picking notes, your shipping address, and order number. Please keep in mind we are only able to exchange items we currently have in stock as we do not issue store credit or refunds.
If you send the glassybaby back to us, make sure that the glassybaby are not touching each other and are packed safely as we cannot exchange broken or scratched glassybaby. Kindly note, your exchanged glassybaby will come back to you in the same packaging that you sent to us.
